“What choice do we have, Jason? Unemployment still hasn’t come through, and as soon as everything opens back up, the very same bank you’re scared to rob is going to come and take our house. Then what? We’ll have to find a new school for Jenna, unless we just want to live out of the van and park somewhere in the same district. Won’t be so bad, right? We can camp next to a river and wash our clothes on rocks and hang them out out on a line to dry. We can shit in the woods and wipe our asses with pine cones! You can fish and hunt to feed your family. I mean, you could, if you knew how. You couldn’t even start a campfire.”
